Exhibitor Spotlight: How Yonfer is Rewriting the Future of Ecological Agriculture

Yonfer remains committed to the principles of efficiency, specialization, environmental sustainability, and functionalization. Through continuous innovation in fertilizer technologies and products, the company delivers systematic, full-cycle planting solutions that advance ecological agriculture.

Resolving Global Challenges in Oilseed Production

Oil crops like soybeans and peanuts have long suffered from severe aflatoxin contamination—a persistent bottleneck hindering the healthy development of China' s oilseed industry. In collaboration with the research team led by Academician Li Peiwu from the Oil Crops Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Yonfer successfully developed ARC (Aflatoxin Rhizobia Coupling) technology. This biological coupling breakthrough simultaneously resolves two global challenges: aflatoxin contamination and low nitrogen-fixation efficiency.

Using a strain-carried-by-fertilizer model, Yonfer created Gaofuzhuan™ specialty fertilizers tailored specifically for peanuts and soybeans. These products have been widely deployed across China’s major oilseed-producing regions.

Proven Field Results & Economic Impact

In key peanut-producing areas such as Henan and Shandong provinces, the application of Gaofuzhuan™ specialty fertilizer has significantly enhanced root nodulation, reduced disease incidence, and lowered aflatoxin contamination by 80%. Farmers have reported average income increases of 200–400 yuan per mu, along with measurable improvements in soil physical and chemical properties.

Backed by this groundbreaking leap, the technology has been consecutively recognized as a "Spark Technology" by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and named one of the nation's Top 10 advances in Agricultural Technologies. Beyond boosting yields and revenues, its true significance lies in establishing an innovative model for at-source toxin reduction and ecological pollution remediation, laying a solid foundation for scaling green agricultural technologies.

Advanced Nutrient Management: The Yangfeng DCR Series

In line with its focus on green efficiency enhancement, Yonfer launched the Yangfeng DCR (Double Control Release) product series. Powered by DCR technology, these fertilizers enable precise nutrient release, reducing ammonia volatilization by 48%, nitrate nitrogen leaching by 50%, and the dissolution rates of potassium and phosphorus by 73.7% and 75%, respectively. This effectively mitigates non-point source pollution by curbing nutrient loss at the source.

In wheat trial plots in Lixin County, Anhui Province, demonstration fields using this fertilizer recorded a yield increase of 100 kg per mu. The trials validated the fertilizer's balanced performance: it restrains overgrowth and lodging (falling over) above ground, while suppressing diseases and premature senescence below ground.

Additionally, Yonfer has introduced Germany's world-leading DMPP stabilized fertilizer technology, effectively doubling the nitrogen utilization rate from 30% to 60%. This innovation significantly reduces quick-release nitrogen emissions and alleviates pressure on greenhouse gas emissions.

From strain-carried-by-fertilizer technology, to DCR dual-control, and now DMPP stabilization, Yonfer has established a clear innovation-driven pathway for chemical fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement. Rather than simply decreasing fertilizer application rates, these technological advancements enable reduced input volumes without compromising yields—while simultaneously enhancing efficiency and promoting more sustainable agricultural production.
